Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your booked class, we kindly ask you reschedule or cancel 2 hours prior to the commencement of the session. This policy also includes free trial bookings. In the event of a booked out class, this helps others on the waitlist join the session. Please don't hesitate to reach out for any rescheduling or cancellation issues. Waitlist open slot will be held for 30 minutes before the spot is passed on to the next person on the waitlist. Late cancellations are unable to have the session redeemed/returned.
