We focus on a muscle group, skill, strengths and weaknesses through sets, reps, time under tension and practice (Strength). We then follow on what we've worked on through variety of skill or muscle-group specific accessory exercises that can be structured as AMRAP, EMOM and or Tabata (Conditioning). The three principles of Strength and Conditioning are Overload, Progression and Specificity.
